This calculator tool will help you estimate your employee contribution rates for medical, dental, and vision benefits to make informed financial decisions regarding the benefits you choose to elect. The premium cost calculated by the tool is an estimate based on the information you enter for Benefit Program and Home Zip Code. Actual eligibility, premium cost, and coverage details will be determined when enrollment is entered in the official PeopleSoft HRMS system.

How to Use the Calculator

Step 1: Enter your employee ID number to identify your benefit eligibility.

Step 2: Select from the plans available in the Benefit Program and Home Zip Code entered. Use the drop down menus to select Medical, Dental, and Vision Plan Options. For detailed health plan information please visit our Employee Benefits Website and view the Employee Benefits Guide.

Step 3: Select the coverage level for each plan option using the drop down menus. The 'Monthly Cost Estimate' will display the plans and coverage levels you selected and their monthly cost for employee and employer. Actual deductions are withheld bi-weekly. The bi-weekly cost is half of the monthly cost displayed. Most Benefit groups forfeit unused Flexible Benefit Credits (Flex Benefit) which will display as a negative number in the total.
